Refund & Cancellation Policy

(Mandatory for payment gateways — even if you don’t charge upfront fees)

Literacy workshops/training fees (if charged): refundable if cancelled 48 hours before event.

Loan repayments: non-refundable once processed; disputes to be raised via grievance redressal.

Failed/double payments: automatically refunded to source account within 7–10 working days.

RISIDDHI not responsible for delays from banks/gateway networks.
